A Quick Guide To Body Fat Percentage

Every person has a different fat to weight ratio. Body fat percentage refers to the amount of fat in our total body weight in terms of percentage. Body fat percentage is a key indicator of your health and it is necessary to calculate it to know whether you have a healthy weight, overweight or obesity.
